How do I request supervised visitation for the opposing party in a Family Court matter?
To request supervised visitation for the opposing party, you may make a request with a Complaint for Custody and/or Access to Children in the Family Court Central Intake Center. If you already have a custody or visitation order, you may file a motion in that case. In either case, the judge will decide if supervised visitation is appropriate.
