Supervised Visitation

Supervised Visitation Center Mission: To foster healthy interactions among family members affected by domestic violence and other domestic issues through the provision of supervised visitation and exchanges in a safe and secure environment, with the assistance of community partners.

Superior Court's Supervised Visitation Center (SVC) provides supervised visitation and exchange services for court-referred domestic relations and domestic violence cases. The center strives to foster healthy interactions among family members affected by domestic issues by providing supervised visitation and exchanges in a safe, secure environment with the help of community partners.

  • To serve as a site for exchanges of children;
  • To protect the safety of children and the custodial parents; and
  • To preserve the visitation rights of non-custodial parents.
