The audience will learn how good planning can help them and their family be prepared -- legally and financially -- for unexpected health challenges. Leading estate planning attorneys will clarify what audience members need to know and do in order to protect assets in the event they or a loved one becomes sick or dies unexpectedly. It is important for people to have the appropriate healthcare directives, wills, and other legal documents to ensure that their wishes are respected.
