On the 30th annual D.C. Adoption Day, 29 D.C. children finalized the papers for their "forever families" Saturday morning—and got to celebrate alongside "Young and Hungry"star and adoptive mom Kym Whitley.

Twenty-nine children had their adoptions finalized as part of Adoption Day at Superior Court in Washington.

Dozens of children and their adoptive parents celebrated the official start of their new families yesterday during the District’s 20th annual Adoption Day in Court ceremony.
