Document Images in Portal

Document images are available in Portal, Superior Court's new online case search system. See dates for when documents are available and for which case types here. Exceptions are:

•    Images marked confidential.
•    Sealed cases.
•    Sealed documents.
•    Civil cases with both sealed and unsealed documents.
•    Documents for cases involving incapacitated persons.

If you cannot find a case using a business or party name in Portal, you can see cases in eAccess with events and documents dated through Oct. 31, 2022. Please email the clerk’s office for the division handling your case if you need help with documents or case search, or email EOCommunications [at] dccsystem.gov.

Hearing Notices with Missing Information

Some Civil and Probate Division hearing notices do not include dates, times, and locations. If your notice is blank, please check Portal for your hearing information and contact EOCommunications [at] dccsystem.gov. We’re in the process of resolving this issue, and apologize for the inconvenience.

Document Links in E-Notifications

Some links in Odyssey email notifications are not working. If you come across a broken link, report the issue to technical support. Thank you for your patience while we resolve this issue.
