If you are a member of the public who has business with the Court or you are a Court employee, you are eligible to use the Child Care Center during the time that you are handling your business with the Court.
Child Care service is free of charge to members of the public conducting business at the Court.
Yes. The DC Courts provide free childcare services to children of members of the public conducting business with the Court. Children must be 2.5 to 12 years old. Children must be and fully toilet-trained (no pull-ups). A current DC Universal Health Certificate and DC Oral Health Assessment Form must be submitted by your child's second visit. Children under 3 years are not required to submit Oral Health Assessment Form.
