Child Care Center staff will attempt to reach emergency contact(s). If none exists or is unreachable, staff will contact the DC Child and Family Services Agency Child Protective Services.
No. The Child Care Center does not provide meals. There are designated times in the morning and afternoon when children may eat snacks provided by the parent/guardian. Parents are encouraged to provide nutritious, nut free, snacks. No candy.
The Child Care Center will not release your child to a person who is not identified on the registration form as authorized to pick up your child. Designated persons must present a picture ID to the Center staff before the child will be released.
The Center handles special needs situations on an individual basis. If the child’s needs can be met by the available staff in the Child Care Center’s environment, your child will be able to use the Center.
The Child Care Center is located on C Level in the Moultrie Courthouse (Superior Court) at 500 Indiana Avenue in Room C-100.

The Child Care Center is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, Monday through Friday. The Center is closed on weekends and federal holidays. Children must be picked up by 4:45 p.m. to allow staff to prepare the Center for the next day.
No. Sick children may not attend the Child Care Center. If your child becomes ill during the day at the Child Care Center, you will be contacted to pick him/her up.
No; staff are not authorized to do so. If your child must receive medication during his/her visit to the Center, the person who left the child must administer the medication at the appropriate times.
