Overview
The Tax Division receives all petitions for review of District of Columbia tax assessments and any related civil penalties imposed by the District. The Tax Division also handles all proceedings brought by the District of Columbia for the imposition of criminal penalties levied by or on behalf of the District persuant to DC Code § 11-1201.
