Overview
The Strategic Plan defines how the Courts will operate to achieve our mission and vision consistent with our values and to ensure public trust and confidence. Composed of judges and staff across the Courts, the Strategic Planning Leadership Council (SPLC) helped create the Strategic Plan by gathering insight through surveys and forums with our stakeholders, including court participants, attorneys, non-profits, judges, and employees.
