How do I…
Determine how best to find a solution to my problem?
The Community Information and Referral Program (CIRP) at Multi-Door has trained Dispute Resolution Specialists to assist residents of the District of Columbia to find the best way to resolve their disputes.
Get help without litigating?
CIRP is only available to assist parties that do not have an active case regarding the nature of the dispute in DC Superior Court. CIRP’s aim is to save parties the expense of time and money that typically is involved in litigation. CIRP is a wonderful opportunity to settle disputes without the need to file a court case.
Get services through the Community Information and Referral Program?
We are located in Court Building C, at 410 E Street, NW Room 1700
If you would prefer to telephone before coming to the courthouse, please call (202) 879-3180 during business hours and ask to speak with a Dispute Resolution Specialist.
Get help without traveling to the courthouse, or access Green Resolution?
DC residents can save themselves a trip to the courthouse and help out the environment by accessing our Green Resolution options: telephone intake and conciliation. Parties do not need to use any form of transportation to take advantage of the service, thereby reducing gas consumption and CO2 emissions. Similarly, the process minimizes paper use, because no court forms need to be filed.
Call our offices at (202) 879-3180 to talk with a Dispute Resolution Specialist and get a start on resolving your problems the Green Resolution way.
