Multi-Door Dispute Resolution Division

Overview

The Multi-Door Dispute Resolution Division helps people settle their disagreements without going to court. The main way we do this is through mediation. In mediation, both sides meet with a neutral person called a mediator. The mediator helps everyone talk and work together to reach an agreement that everyone can accept.
