The Juvenile and Neglect Branch processes cases involving juvenile delinquency, child abuse and neglect, termination of parental rights, persons in need of supervision (PINS), and other status offender related cases such as truancy and runaway cases. In addition, the branch processes family special proceedings, guardianship, and applications pursuant to the Interstate Compact Act relating to juveniles.
Juvenile new referral hearings are held in Courtroom JM-15. JM-15 is open Monday-Friday, Saturdays & holidays.
