Odyssey Portal Elevated Access Request Form

This form is for a party or an attorney of record to request elevated access to your electronic case records through the Superior Court of the District of Columbia Odyssey Portal ("Portal"). Download this form and bring to a Superior Court's clerk's office if you cannot submit the information online

Elevated Access provides access to sensitive and confidential information and documents, not otherwise publicly available on the internet, for cases in which you are a party or attorney. Most Civil, Probate, Tax, and Auditor Master case information and documents are available without registering for elevated access.

To gain elevated access, you must:

1. Register for an account on www.dccourts.gov/portal.This option is available at the top right-hand side of the website.
2. Complete this form electronically or submit the form to any Superior Court clerk's office with a front and back copy of a government ID attached.

It may take 3-5 business days to review your request. You will receive an email stating whether we approved or denied the request. If approved, you can immediately sign on to your Portal account.
