Using Forms

• Search and Filter: Use the search box and filters to find the form you need. You can type in a keyword, pick a court, or choose a topic. Click on the form to open it as a PDF.
• Guided Help: We have a tool on Pro Bono Net that can help you fill out forms. It asks you questions and then fills out the form for you based on your answers. When you're done, you can download, save, and print the form. You can file it with the court by using eFileDC, mailing it, or bringing it to the Clerk’s Office.
• Language Rules: All forms must be filed in English. Some forms have translations to help you understand them, but only the English version can be filed. If you want to file a document in another language, you must also include an English translation.
