Bio

Sol Glasner served for more than two decades as a corporate general counsel and senior business executive. In this role, he demonstrated leadership in corporate and board governance, compliance, strategic business planning and a range of substantive issues at the crossroads of law and business. These include government and commercial contracting, workplace matters, real estate, and technology.

Sol Glasner has been mediating for nearly 15 years and is now the principal of SolGlasner, LLC, a provider of commercial mediation and dispute resolution services. He mediates regularly in the D.C. Superior Court’s Multidoor program (Civil, Small Claims, Tax) and is an approved mediator in the Montgomery County (MD) Circuit Court. He also serves as a public arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Sol Glasner is active in a variety of business and community organizations. He is a founder and past chair of the Tysons Partnership, a stakeholder organization engaged in the redevelopment of Tysons, Virginia and is the current president of the D.C. Chapter of the American Technion Society, the U.S. fundraising arm of the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

Sol Glasner is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and is admitted to the bar in the District of Columbia and Virginia. In 2008 he was awarded the Career Achievement Award of the Association of Corporate Counsel, D.C. Chapter.
