Kenneth Rosenbaum

Ken Rosenbaum is a charter member of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals mediation panel. He has been mediating in Virginia courts since 2003, where he has mentor status. When not mediating, he works on environmental policy and law matters for clients such as the World Bank and the UN Food and Agriculture Organization, often in a consensus building or facilitating role. His interest in durable deals stems both from mediation and from work on maintaining long-term partnerships with communities for development of their natural resources. He is active in the Association for Conflict Resolution, where he has served on the leadership committees of the commercial section and the environment and public policy section
