Bio

Beth Liebmann is an attorney practicing with the federal government since 1984. She has worked in the immigration field in various capacities. In her career, she has served as an appellate litigator, judge, senior counsel, manager, and assistant general counsel. She has been a certified mediator in Virginia since 1998 and completed a certificate program in Federal Workplace mediation in 2010. She mediated numerous employment disputes in the District of Columbia for the D.C. Office for Human Rights, and small claims disputes in the General District Court in Virginia. She is a 1984 graduate of the University of Miami Law School, and holds a B.A. from Brandeis University. She is a member of the D.C. and Florida Bars.
