Arden Levy

Arden Levy is the founder of Arden Levy Law PLLC, a boutique law firm focusing on resolving insurance coverage and commercial disputes. Over the past 16 years in private practice, Ms. Levy has practiced in both large and small law firms, and before that she served as an officer in the U.S. Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps. She maintains an active mediation and arbitration practice, including for local court systems and for the D.C. and Virginia State Bars. Ms. Levy earned a B.A. from Northwestern University, and a J.D. from George Washington University Law School. Her mediation style is both facilitative and evaluative, depending on the nature of the dispute, enabling participants to communicate effectively and more easily arrive at a negotiated resolution.
