WASHINGTON, DC - Visitors to the official website of the District of Columbia Courts can now access information regarding the Courts in both Amharic and Vietnamese.  The Courts created these multilingual versions of the Courts' general information page to enhance access to court information and services for non-English speaking persons.  The Courts' general information page is already available in Chinese, Korean, and Spanish.   
 
The links to the Amharic and Vietnamese versions of the General Information pages are available at www.dcccourts.gov in the lower left corner of the homepage.  The general information page includes the following information:

• Hours of operation  

• Location  

• Contact information  

• Court organization/mission/vision  

• Court services: childcare, interpreter services, ADA accommodations, telecommunication services, cafeteria, etc.  

• Court directory    

Website users with input on the existing site or suggestions for enhancements may provide comments - in any language - by going to the feedback link at the bottom of all website pages or sending an email to webmaster [at] dcsc.gov.
