Rare artifacts that tell the history of our country and the nation’s capital are on display at the DC Superior Court. The court is showing famous famous marriage licenses -- including the certificate of Richard and Mildred Loving, an interracial couple that got married in DC because they were not allowed to get married in Virginia.
