It’s a dream bigger than any gift that could fit in Santa’s sack. With just over a month before Christmas, 22 DC foster children now have permanent families.

The smiles were bright and the tears of joy flowing at the 24th Annual Adoption Day on Saturday.

The Moultrie Courthouse was packed with extended families eagerly anticipating their new expansion.  Supporters even stood and peered down on the ceremony from several floors up.
