DC Superior Court and the DC Child and Family Services Agency will co-host their 30th Annual DC Adoption Day ceremony on Saturday, November 19th. Judge Carol Ann Dalton of the Superior Court, discussed the importance of the event and the role DC Superior Court and the DC Child and Family Services Agency has in placing children in loving homes.
