WHO: The Honorable Rhonda Reid Winston, Presiding Judge Probate Division;  The Honorable John Campbell, Deputy Presiding Judge, Probate Division; Deborah Boddie, Giannina Lynn and Vickey Wright-Smith, Attorneys at Law; Participants at this free seminar will learn the steps needed to make their wishes known and protect their assets in the event they or a loved one become sick or dies.

Participants will learn the about key legal documents, including healthcare power of attorney, financial power of attorney and wills. The seminar will also provide participants with a chance to meet the Presiding and Deputy Presiding Judges of the Probate Division, DC Superior Court, as well as a panel of estate planning attorneys. 
 
The seminar is sponsored as a public service by the DC Bar’s Estates, Trusts and Probate Law Section. Registration is not required for this event, and all are encouraged to attend.
