Making referrals to the Fathering Court is as easy as contacting the Child Support Services Division’s, First Response Unit, help line at (202)442-9900 and they will be referred to the Alternative Solutions Center. We’ll take it from there. The Fathering Court only provides direct services to persons with a DC child support order, however we are willing to be a resource, give presentation, and share best practices with other jurisdictions.
