Information for the public in the event of a government shutdown
If there is a shutdown, essential court operations will continue. This means that all courtrooms will be active - hearings and trials will go forward - and filings and payments can be made at the courthouse. Scheduled mediation sessions will proceed.
As a result, jurors should report

All juveniles under Court Social Services Division (CSSD) supervision,
including pre-trial supervision and probation are required to continue reporting
as determined by the juvenile probation officer.
The Marriage Bureau will not be performing weddings.
Those needing to file an application or pick up a previously-applied for marriage license may do so.
