- Counsel should complete the eFile Case Initiation Spreadsheet and email the completed spreadsheet to the Tax Division at Taxdocket@dcsc.gov. Staff will assign a case number and judge to the case and email the spreadsheet back to the sender. The petition can then be eFiled using Case File Express (CFX)First time filers will need to register with CFX prior to using the system for the first time.
- You will receive a confirmation email from CFX when the Tax Division has taken action on your filing. This email will provide information as to whether the filing was accepted or rejected. Rejected filings are not officially recognized by the Court. You may view current case docket information online using Court Case Online.
