On the Fourth Street side of the Historic Courthouse near Building C. Another rack is located at the curb on the Indiana Avenue side of the Historic Courthouse. Additional racks are located at the entrance to the One Judiciary Square Building at 444 Fourth Street, near the Fourth Street entrance to the Judiciary Square Metrorail Station.
