Effective February 7, 2011, the Juvenile & Neglect, Paternity & Support (including the Finance Office) and Domestic Relations Branches of the Family Court Operations Division will commence operations from their new location on the John Marshal level of the Moultrie Building, Room JM-300. The Marriage Bureau and the CCAN Office are still located on the 4th floor.
The Domestic Relations Branch processes case filings, via the Family Court Central Intake Center, for divorce, annulment, legal separation, custody, visitation, standby guardianship, foreign judgments, foreign subpoenas, adoption, and termination of parental rights. The branch is responsible for the management of the Marriage Bureau Section. In addition, the branch also provides certified copies, triple seal documents and the review of public case files.
